Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from AdvancedLifespan.com.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with a printed copy of RMI Receipt Number.
  • The product must be returned with the original packing slip.
  • The product must not be completely consumed and should have a minimum of 50% or more of the original content remaining (for first-time purchases).
  • Repeat purchases or any other products must be undamaged and unopened.
  • A 20% handling fee will be assessed for either disposal or restocking return items.

Note: For customers enrolled in recurring subscription plans, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the next billing/shipping date to avoid additional charges. If the cancellation policy is not met, no returns are allowed after cancellation.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Submit a Return Request Notification Form via our website (AdvancedLifespan.com). You will receive an acknowledgment email with further instructions.
  • Step 2: Upon receiving the acknowledgment, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return will not be processed without this Printed Out RMA Number, as it is our internal tracking number.
  • Step 3: Ensure the product is securely packed and includes the Original Packing Slip.
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the return address provided in the acknowledgment email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must be sent via a shipping method that includes Signature Confirmation of Delivery.
  • Step 5: Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm compliance with our return conditions.
Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of an Advanced Lifespan company check.
  • If the product is returned without fulfilling the return conditions, a refund will not be issued, and the product will be disposed of at the customer’s expense
Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products returned without the printed RMA number or original packing slip.
  • Products that contain less than 50% content (for first-time buyers).
  • Products that are missing content (for repeat buyers).
  • Returns initiated beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors.
  • Supplements obtained from the “5 for 1 program”.
Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged against the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs or disposal for open returns.

Fraud Prevention & Policy Compliance

Fraud Prevention Measures

To prevent abuse of our return policy:

  • Customers who exhibit repeat return behaviors may be flagged and restricted from future returns and/or future orders.
  • Affiliates who misuse the return policy as a sales tactic or have high return volume will face suspension or termination from our affiliate program.
Changes to the Policy

Advanced Lifespan reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
