  • Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. If changes are possible, they may delay shipping.
  • We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. How We Share Your Information

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on your first purchase of Vitality Plus Stem Cell Enhancer and Life Xcel C60a if requested within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Opened or consumed products must be returned with 50%+ remaining portion intact.
  • Refunds apply only to one unit per household for first-time buyers.
  • Additional units must be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund, subject to a 20% handling/Disposal fee per order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
  • To request a return, submit a Return Request located on the Advanced Lifespan website.
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and photos may be required for claims.
4. Shipping & Processing Policy
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (up to 7 business days during peak seasons).
  • We offer free shipping within the USA.
  • International shipping is not currently available.
  • Back-ordered items will be shipped separately when available.
  • Advanced Lifespan is not responsible for shipping delays due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Content
  • All content on AdvancedLifespan.com, including text, images, product descriptions, and formulations, is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Credit Card Billing & Subscription Cancellation

By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize Advanced Lifespan to charge the payment method provided at the agreed-upon interval. To cancel a recurring subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request (via email or our contact form) no later than 14 calendar days prior to the next scheduled billing and shipment date. Requests received after this cutoff may result in one final charge and shipment before cancellation

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
